Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge and skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation.
• Ability to deliver high-quality patient care across diverse populations.
• Experience or interest in community-based service delivery.
• Foundational understanding of medicine relevant to musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ functional status and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength and function.
• Perform evaluations, document findings, monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Educate clients and caregivers on home programs and safety.
