Job summary

A trusted home health services provider is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one care. This role allows for flexibility in scheduling and strong earning potential. Responsibilities include delivering rehabilitation services, developing care plans, and documenting in EMR. Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
