Job summary

Active Health Solutions is a mobile physical therapy practice delivering one-on-one, hour-long sessions in patients’ homes, offices, and gyms. We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to join our team and bring exceptional care to patients across the DC area.

The role requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, DC licensure, and at least 1 year of clinical experience. You’ll work autonomously in varied environments and may have outpatient orthopedics or sports medicine experience preferred but

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least 1 year of full-time clinical experience.
• Active licensure in DC.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a mobile setting.
• Outpatient orthopedics or sports medicine experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Provide direct, hands-on, one-hour treatment sessions with each patient.
• Educate and empower patients to understand and manage their condition.
• Collaborate with a supportive network of physical therapists.
• Manage your own caseload and travel efficiently between patient locations.
