Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Mobile Examiner to cover field exams, ensuring accurate, on-time completion while maintaining a safe, professional environment for applicants, clients, and staff. The role involves venipuncture, specimen handling, EKGs, and drug-screen collections, with coaching duties for new employees after phlebotomy training.

Qualifications

Minimum 100 documented successful blood draws required.
Minimum one-year phlebotomy experience.
Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensures all specimens are collected accurately and on time.
Collects specimens according to established procedures.
Conducts in center exams and mobile exams, including taking basic vitals, medical histories, venipuncture, urine collection, and EKG.
Labels, centrifuges and splits specimens as required by test order.
Uploads and completes cases in portal within 24 hrs on weekdays and 48 hrs on weekends.
Maintains records of each specimen collected daily and supports the Record Deletion process when directed by Management.
Provides customer service to clients and adheres to SOPs and policies.
