Job summary

You will also mentor new staff, follow SOPs, and ensure timely submission of cases and paperwork. Strong customer service and adherence to safety policies are essential; travel within a 25-mile radius is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 100 documented successful blood draws required.
• Minimum one-year phlebotomy experience.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure specimens are collected accurately and on time.
• Perform venipuncture, urine collection and EKG as part of exams.
• Maintain accurate records and logs for each specimen collected.
