Job summary

Quest Diagnostics field team is seeking a Mobile Examiner who provides accurate, on-time mobile exams, including venipuncture, basic vitals, urine collection and EKG, while maintaining a safe, professional environment for applicants, clients and staff.

You will document results, prepare paperwork, transport specimens, and support coaching and mentoring of new employees; travel up to 25 miles, with flexible hours as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 100 documented successful blood draws.
• Minimum 1-year phlebotomy experience; pediatric/geriatric experience a plus.
• Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens per procedures.
• Perform in-center and mobile exams: venipuncture, vitals, urine collection, EKG.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Label, centrifuge, and split specimens as required.
• Upload cases in portal within 24 hrs (weekdays) / 48 hrs (weekends).
• Transport specimens and maintain logs.
