Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, dependable, and punctual.
• Ability to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Perform donor registration, vital signs, medical screening, phlebotomy, heat sealing, and related recordkeeping duties.
• Support autologous, directed, therapeutic, testing, research, and other blood collection services as needed.
• Follow SOPs and ensure compliance with FDA and quality standards.
• Assist supervisor with daily paperwork and documentation.
