Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid State phlebotomy license (if required).
• Must possess a valid State Driver’s license and vehicle in good condition.
• Proficient in venipuncture and skin puncture using both vacutainer and syringe techniques.
• Excellent communication and interaction with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Drive to client facilities to collect samples as directed by dispatcher.
• Identify patient before collecting samples and ensure proper labeling and delivery.
• Process, label and deliver specimens; reload equipment for next runs.
• Maintain sterile, safe work practices and universal precautions at all times.
