Job summary

Getlabs is seeking a PRN Mobile Phlebotomist to join a fast-growing home-collection platform. You will visit patients at their homes or offices, draw blood, and ensure proper processing of specimens with in-car centrifuge equipment.

Requirements include phlebotomy certification, 1 year of experience (mobile preferred), reliable transportation, and a clean driving record. Spanish is a bonus. This role offers a $25/hour W2 arrangement with mileage reimbursement and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile/phlebotomy preferred).
• Experience processing specimens.
• Certification from a national agency (AMT/ASCP/NCCT).
• Proven customer service track record.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Bonus: Spanish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in home or office for blood draws.
• Drive to and from appointments in your own vehicle.
• Process specimens with centrifuge equipment.
• Adhere to safe phlebotomy procedures and sample handling.
• Maintain communication with operations and patient experience teams.
• Coordinate scheduling with leaders based on availability.
• Work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.
