Job summary

Exam One currently seeks mobile phlebotomists to perform at‑home blood collection throughout Chicago and surrounding suburbs, including NW Lake County Indiana. Flexible part‑time hours and 1099 contractor status are offered, with opportunities to travel across the metro area.

Qualified candidates are certified phlebotomists or MA/Med Tech/LPNs with at least one year of experience in blood collection, capable of performing EKGs, documenting medical history and vitals, and uploading all documents

Qualifications

• Excellent blood drawing skills with at least 1 year of experience.
• Detail oriented with strong medical terminology for history and vitals.
• Must have stethoscope, BP cuff, scale and tape measure.
• Must have high‑speed internet and printer/scanner for documents.
• Reliable car and auto insurance required.
• Background check and urine drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mobile phlebotomy at home professionally and on time.
• Follow safety guidelines and health procedures.
• Collect medical history and vitals; obtain blood and urine samples.
• Perform EKG as needed and label/centrifuge specimens.
• Complete paperwork and upload documents to ExamOne portal.
• Package and ship paperwork and specimens to the lab.
• Provide daily case status updates.

Part Time Flexible Hours.

Experienced Phlebotomist/Med Techs with 1 Year Experience (100 Sticks):

• Pay Per Completed Assignment ($23- $26)
• Pay Biweekly.
• Flexible Hours, AM, PM, or Weekends.

Overview:

• Certified Phlebotomist, MA, Med Techs, LPNs.
• Position Part Time with Flexible Hours Available.
• Position Independent Contract. 1099. (PT).
• Willing to travel in the City of Chicago and all Metropolitan Suburbs.
• Who is self-motivated and likes to work independently.

Job Duties:

• Conduct Mobile Phlebotomy professionally and on time.
• Follow Safety and established procedures per Health Guidelines.
• Collect and document Medical History and vitals.
• Obtain blood and urine samples.
• Perform EKG as needed.
• Label, centrifuge, and complete all paperwork accurately.
• Upload All completed documents in the ExamOne Portal.

• Provide Daily Case Status.
