ExamOne, a Quest Diagnostics Company, is hiring Mobile Phlebotomists to perform at-home blood draws in the City of Chicago and surrounding areas in SW Cook County, IL.

These part-time, independent contractor positions require self-motivation, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel across Chicago and suburbs. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Flexible hours include mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Certified phlebotomist with 1 year of experience.
• Excellent blood drawing skills and medical terminology.
• Own stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, scale, and tape measure.
• Reliable internet and printer/scanner; access to a reliable car.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile phlebotomy visits in Chicago and suburbs.
• Collect blood/urine samples, obtain vitals, perform EKG as needed.
• Document medical history and vitals; upload to ExamOne Portal.
• Ensure safety and health guidelines compliance.

Experienced Phlebotomist/Med Techs With 1 Year Experience (100 Sticks)

• Pay per completed assignment.
• Pay Biweekly.
• Flexible Hours, AM, PM, or Weekends.

Overview

• Certified Phlebotomist, MA, Med Techs, LPNs.
• Position Part Time with Flexible Hours Available.
• Position Independent Contract. 1099. (PT).
• Willing to travel in the City of Chicago and all Metropolitan Suburbs.
• Who is self-motivated and likes to work independently.

Job Duties

• Conduct Mobile Phlebotomy professionally and on time.
• Follow Safety and established procedures per Health Guidelines.
• Collect and document Medical History and vitals.
• Obtain blood and urine samples.
• Perform EKG as needed.
• Label, centrifuge, and complete all paperwork accurately.
• Upload All completed documents in the ExamOne Portal.
• Package and ship all paperwork and specimens to the lab.
• Provide Daily Case Status.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have Excellent blood drawing Skills and experience. 1 Year.
• Detail-oriented with strong medical terminology to gather medical history and physical measurements.
• Must have your stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, scale, and tape measure.
• Must have high-speed internet access with a printer/scanner to print, scan, and upload completed documents.
• Must have Reliable car and auto insurance.
• Must pass Background Check and Urine Marijuana Drug screen.
