ExamOne is hiring mobile phlebotomists to perform at-home blood draws and vitals in Joliet and surrounding suburbs. This is a part-time independent contractor role with travel within the City of Chicago and metro area. Bilingual Spanish helpful.

1 year of phlebotomy experience required and reliable vehicle with auto insurance. Responsibilities include collecting specimens, documenting medical history and vitals, performing EKGs as needed, and uploading paperwork to the ExamOne Portal.

Qualifications

• Excellent blood drawing skills and 1 year of experience.
• Detail-oriented with medical terminology to gather medical history and measurements.
• Must have stethoscope, BP cuff, scale and tape measure and a reliable car.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mobile exams professionally and on time.
• Follow safety and health guidelines.
• Collect and document medical history and vitals.
• Obtain blood and urine samples.
• Perform EKG as needed.
• Label, centrifuge, and complete paperwork accurately.
• Upload documents in the ExamOne Portal.
• Package and ship paperwork and specimens to the lab.
• Provide daily case status.

• Pay Per completed assignment. ($23 - $26).
• Pay Biweekly.
• Day AM Shift/ PM Shift or Weekend Shift.

Overview:

• Certified Phlebotomist, MA, Med Techs, LPNs.
• Position Part Time with Flexible Hours Available.
• Position Independent Contract. 1099. (PT)
• Willing to travel in the City of Chicago and Metropolitan Suburbs.
• Who is self-motivated and likes to work independently.

Job Duties:

• Conduct Mobile Exams professionally and on time.
• Follow Safety and established procedures per Health Guidelines.
• Collect and document Medical History and vitals.
• Obtain blood and urine samples.
• Perform EKG as needed.

• Must have high-speed internet access with a printer/scanner to print, scan, and upload completed documents.
• Must have a Reliable car and auto insurance.
• Must pass a Background Check and Urine Marijuana Drug screen.
