Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies seeks a skilled Float Phlebotomist II to support IOP and PSC locations across Baltimore City, Glen Burnie, Columbia, and surrounding areas. This highly mobile role requires reliable transportation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, collecting specimens from pediatric through geriatric patients.

Home base is the office closest to your residence. Schedule is 1st shift, Monday–Friday, with a 6:00 AM–7:00 PM window and one Saturday per month.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy experience required.
• Experience drawing blood from pediatric to geriatric patients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws at multiple IOP and PSC locations.
• Travel between locations as needed.
• Collect specimens from pediatric through geriatric patients.
• Follow proper patient identification, labeling, and processing procedures.
• Provide professional, compassionate patient service and communicate with staff.
