Job summary

DocGo is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to travel to patients' homes with a company vehicle, performing venipuncture and point-of-care testing. You will document in the EMR and coordinate with providers via telehealth as needed.

This role emphasizes compassionate patient care and compliance with state regulations. Requirements include a California CPT I certificate, AHA BLS, 2+ years in-person clinical experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of in-person medical assistant or phlebotomist experience in urgent care, primary care, laboratory or related setting.
• Venipuncture and point-of-care testing experience preferred.
• Able to lift 30–40 lbs with a backpack-style equipment bag.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing with precision.
• Support in-home visits to close care gaps for members.
• Maintain documentation in EMR per state regulations and company policy.
• Uphold clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics.
