Job summary

DocGo is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to travel to patients\' homes in the Long Beach, CA area. You\'ll perform venipuncture and point-of-care testing, document in the EMR, and coordinate care with providers via telehealth. A company vehicle is provided for daily visits.

The role requires active CPT I certification, valid CA driver\'s license, and 2+ years of relevant experience in ambulatory or urgent care settings. BLS certification and bilingual English/Spanish are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active California CPT I certificate (CPDH).
• Valid California driver's license with 2+ years driving history.
• 2+ years of in-person phlebotomy/MA experience.
• Active American Heart Association BLS.
• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs with gear.
• Pediatrics experience preferred.
• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing with precision.
• Support in-home visits to close care gaps for members.
• Keep skills sharp through continuing education as required by state.
• Uphold clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics.

• Take on additional duties as needed.
