Principle Health Systems is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to service patient locations across Raymore and surrounding areas. This full-time role emphasizes venipuncture accuracy, meticulous record-keeping, and delivering outstanding service to assigned facilities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of mobile phlebotomy experience, preferably within the Nursing Home/LTACH market.
• Proficiency in venipuncture and a thorough understanding of tube/draw requirements for various tests.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for drawing all patient samples within assigned routes and schedules.
• Provide coverage for sample collection duties when needed.
• Maintain regular contact with assigned facilities and staff to ensure service satisfaction.
• Communication and Customer Service: Communicate any current or potential customer issues within the assigned territory, offering suggestions for resolution.
• Serve as a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable face of PHS laboratory services.
• Address all service concerns and respond promptly to requests from staff and facilities.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of time worked and mileage.
• Assist with correction and missing information requests from Insurance and Billing teams.
• Ensure proper documentation for sample collection and reporting.
• Other Duties: Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the manager.
