Job summary

Trilab Health seeks a dependable Mobile Phlebotomist to provide phlebotomy coverage across multiple client locations in the Chicagoland area, traveling up to extensive daily routes from our Elmhurst base. You will support urgent staffing needs and ensure uninterrupted patient services when regular phlebotomists are unavailable.

The role requires phlebotomy experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Reliable personal transportation.
Willingness to travel extensively in the Chicagoland area.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform venipuncture, capillary, and specimen collection across multiple client sites.
Verify patient identity and complete required documentation accurately.
Ensure specimens are labeled, stored, and transported per protocols.
Maintain high patient care standards and positive experience.
Travel daily to client locations within Chicagoland.
Provide coverage for call-offs, PTO, and staffing shortages.
Serve as a float resource across Trilab Health accounts and facilities.
Respond professionally to schedule changes and notify supervisors.
