American Health Associates, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist to serve patients across Toledo, visiting homes, nursing facilities, and assisted living communities.

This role offers flexible schedules and part-time hours as part of our mobile laboratory team dedicated to bringing high-quality diagnostic services to patients where they are. The ideal candidate holds phlebotomy certification (or equivalent experience), strong venipuncture skills, and a compassionate approach for elderly

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and minimum age 21.
• Clean criminal history; background checks may be required.
• Home Draws: minimum of 3 years phlebotomy work experience; credentialing may be required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Must possess a passion for SAFETY and CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across Toledo, Ohio.
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection techniques.
• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport.
• Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners.
• Complete required documentation and communicate with laboratory and facility personnel.
