Job summary

American Health Associates, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to cover the Northeast Ohio region, visiting patient homes, skilled nursing and assisted living communities to deliver on-site laboratory services.

You will perform venipuncture and capillary collection with elderly patients, verify identities, label specimens, and communicate with labs and facilities. A valid phlebotomy certification is preferred, along with at least one year of experience and a passion for safety and

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year experience preferred.
• Ability to veniputre and capillary collection, especially with elderly patients.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes and healthcare facilities across Northeast Ohio
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques
• Verify patient identity, label specimens, and ensure proper transport
• Provide compassionate service to elderly patients and partners
• Document appropriately and communicate with laboratory staff
