Job summary

Getlabs is seeking a part-time and PRN Mobile Phlebotomist to join a high-growth startup that visits patients at homes or offices and collects lab samples. Candidates must be friendly, empathetic, and capable of delivering an exceptional patient experience while adhering to safety standards.

Roles include early-morning shifts, 5am-10am, with a minimum of three days per week for PRN and five days for PT. Employment is W2 with a competitive hourly rate and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy preferred).
• Experience processing samples.
• Certification from a national agency such as AMT/ASCP/NCCT.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Proof of first shot of Covid-19 Vaccine by 30 days of employment.
• Bonus: Fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their home or office and drive to appointments.
• Drop samples off at patient service centers or laboratories.
• Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures with high accuracy.
• Maintain open communication with operations and patient experience teams.
