Job summary

Getlabs is seeking a part-time Mobile Phlebotomist to visit patients at home or office, collect samples, and ensure safe handling of specimens. The role requires phlebotomy certification and mobile phlebotomy experience, with an emphasis on exceptional customer service and empathy.

Shifts are M-F from 5am to 10am, offering early start hours in a fast-growing startup environment. Travel between patient locations is required, with the goal of delivering timely diagnostics and a superior patient

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy preferred).
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their home or office, drive to and from appointments, drop samples off at patient service centers or laboratories.
• Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and processing of specimens, with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to adapt in a rapid high-growth environment.
• Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team during business hours.
