This part-time role offers flexible schedules and mileage reimbursement while joining the nation’s largest long-term-care lab network.

You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections, verify patient identity, and complete documentation with professionalism and a patient-first approach.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, current auto insurance (100/300/100).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-directed to work independently with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across Baltimore, MD.
• Collect blood specimens using expert venipuncture and capillary collection techniques.
• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport.
• Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners.
• Complete required documentation and communicate clearly with laboratory and facility personnel.
