Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Clean criminal history as required for patient care; background checks may apply.
• Home Draws: minimum of 3 years phlebotomy experience for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes and senior facilities across Toledo, OH.
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques.
• Verify patient identity and ensure proper labeling and transport of specimens.
• Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and partners.
