Job summary

Premise Health is seeking Health Screeners in Cincinnati, OH for flexible, event-based opportunities. You will perform biometric screenings, blood collection, and related duties at client sites.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, plus phlebotomy certification and fingerstick/venipuncture experience. Morning availability is required, with reliable transportation and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• National Phlebotomy certification or approved program with externship.
• Active state phlebotomy certification for NV/CA/WA/LA if applicable.
• 100 fingersticks in last year or 200 venipunctures in last 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform biometric testing (height, weight, BP, BMI, body fat).
• Blood collection via fingerstick or venipuncture in fast-paced setting.
• Prepare specimens for storage or processing.
• Set up/break down portable biometric station(s).
• Transport supplies to/from screening events (up to 20 lbs).
• Maintain logs/records per regulations.
• Must have morning availability (Mon-Fri) for events.
