Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Current national certification in Phlebotomy is required.
• Over 100 successful fingersticks or 200 venipunctures in the last 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform and record biometric testing results.
• Conduct blood testing including fingerstick and venipuncture.
• Transport supplies to health screening events.
