Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Current national certification in Phlebotomy from a Premise Health approved organization.
• 1 year of experience of Health Screening or Phlebotomy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and record biometric testing results.
• Blood testing including fingerstick and venipuncture blood draws.
• Prepare specimens for storage.
