Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Current national certification in Phlebotomy from a Premise Health approved organization.
• Over 100 successful fingersticks or 200 successful venipuncture blood draws within specified time.

Responsibilities

• Perform biometric testing results including height, weight, and blood pressure.
• Conduct blood testing including fingerstick and/or venipuncture.
• Maintain logs and records for all Laboratory transactions.
