Vitalant is hiring an Entry Level Mobile Phlebotomist in Cheyenne, WY. You will support donor care teams by setting up blood drives within a 200‑mile radius, delivering a comfortable donation experience, and performing blood draws after paid training.

The role offers Monday–Friday schedules with occasional weekends or holidays, 5–12 overnight stays per month, and comprehensive benefits. Training lasts 10 weeks, with travel to Cheyenne or Denver, CO as needed.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy training available; no prior experience required.
• Active driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to travel as required within a 200-mile range.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Perform blood draws (training provided).
• Manage donor information accurately and securely.
• Receive coaching and guidance from supportive managers.
