Job summary

OneBlood in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Phlebotomist to perform phlebotomy and collection procedures from donors in accordance with FDA, AABB, and organizational policies.

The role requires obtaining medical history and vitals, delivering excellent customer service, and assisting with donor recruitment; candidates should have a high school diploma and strong English communication and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand and follow documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Performs phlebotomy and collection procedures to collect blood or blood components

• Assists with the recruitment of potential apheresis, and bone marrow donors.
