Job summary

Asset Risk Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. In this role, you will collect blood samples from patients.

This is a MOBILE position and the patients already have their kits, so reliable transportation is a MUST. No centrifuging needed—just collect and send.

You are paid per SUCCESSFUL Blood Draw, ranging from $30-$40 per patient depending on experience, with performance-based pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Phlebotomist or Phlebotomy Technician.
• Phlebotomy Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of patient identification and safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize requests for sample collection based on urgency
• Collect patients’ personal information
• Determine the correct venipuncture method for each patient
• Provide patients with reassurance during the collection process
• Use sterilized needles, vials, and other equipment to draw blood
• Correctly label samples and send them for testing
• Never send back any needles with any blood draw

We are seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. In this role, you will collect blood samples from patients. This is a role that can make a significant impact on people’s lives, helping them identify underlying conditions and stay healthy. This is a MOBILE position and the patients already have their kits.
