You will interact directly with patients, explain procedures, and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Preferred qualifications include phlebotomy certification and 3 years of phlebotomy experience, plus healthcare customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• 3 years of phlebotomy experience needed.
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.
