Job summary

Asset Risk Inc is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. This is a MOBILE position where patients already have their kits, so reliable transportation is a MUST. No centrifuging needed—just collect blood and send it.

You are paid per successful blood draw, ranging from $30-$40 per patient depending on experience. This role requires timely collection and accurate labeling, with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Phlebotomist or Phlebotomy Technician
• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• Knowledge of best practices in patient identification methods
• Familiarity with the legal requirements regarding blood draws and fluid samples

Responsibilities

• Prioritize requests for sample collection based on urgency
• Collect patients’ personal information
• Determine the correct venipuncture method for each patient
• Provide patients with reassurance during the collection process
• Use sterilized needles, vials, and other equipment to draw blood
• Correctly label samples and send them for testing
• NEVER send back ANY NEEDLES with any Blood draw
