Job summary

W3Global is seeking a qualified phlebotomist in Terre Haute, IN to join our clinical team. The role involves performing venipuncture and capillary collections, verifying patient identity, and ensuring accurate labeling and transport of specimens.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license. Mobile phlebotomy or long-term care experience is a plus, and adherence to PPE and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience is required.
• Mobile phlebotomy or long-term care experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Must maintain valid automobile liability insurance.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and comply with safety and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen processing.
• Verify patient identification, label specimens accurately, and maintain specimen integrity for transport.
• Collect, receive, and process laboratory test orders accurately.
• Maintain equipment and follow laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
