Job summary

Mobile Wellness Solutions is seeking a responsible phlebotomist to travel and obtain vitals and samples. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Applicants must have proven experience, a valid driver's license, and exceptional communication skills. This position is paid per appointment and involves some travel with expenses covered.

Responsibilities

• Travel to specified locations to obtain samples.
• Disinfect extraction sites using alcohol swabs.
• Gather mandatory information from patients.
• Obtain vitals, blood, urine, and EKGs.
• Accurately label all samples.

Job Details

• The candidate/phlebotomist is responsible for obtaining vitals, drawing blood, urine, EKG, and medical history.
• Paid per appointment/event, this is not an hourly or salary‑paid position.
• Bi‑weekly Pay.
• Some travel expenses are covered depending on the location of the appointment.

Responsibilities

• Traveling to specified locations to obtain samples as required.
• Disinfecting extraction sites using alcohol swabs.
• Gathering mandatory information from patients and verifying their identities.
• Obtaining vitals, blood, urine, EKGs, and medical history.
• Accurately labeling all samples.
• Maintaining accurate patient records, including detailing any medical issues experienced by patients during venipuncture procedures that may affect the accuracy of test results.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experienced phlebotomist.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service & communication skills.
• Knowledge regarding HIPAA/PHI law.
• Detail‑oriented/sound organizational skills.
• Professional, responsible, and self‑starter with excellent attention to detail and good penmanship.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
