• Gather mandatory information from patients.
• Obtain vitals, blood, urine, EKGs, and medical history.
• Label all samples accurately.
• Maintain accurate patient records.

• The candidate is responsible for obtaining vitals, drawing blood, urine, EKG, and collecting medical history.
• Paid per appointment/event; not hourly or salary paid.
• Bi-Weekly Pay.
• Some travel expenses are covered depending on the location of the appointment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to specified locations to obtain samples.
• Disinfect extraction sites using alcohol swabs.
• Gather mandatory information from patients and verify their identities.
• Obtain vitals, blood, urine, EKGs, and medical history.
• Accurately label all samples.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including detailing any medical issues experienced by patients during venipuncture that may affect test results.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven, experienced phlebotomist.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service & communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI law.
• Detail-oriented and sound organizational skills.
• Professional, responsible, self-starter with excellent attention to detail and good penmanship.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
