American Health Associates is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to serve Cookeville, TN, visiting patient homes, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. The role involves collecting blood specimens with venipuncture expertise and ensuring proper labeling and transport to our labs.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, current auto insurance (100/300/100), and age 21+.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The self-direction to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across Cookeville, TN.
• Collect blood specimens using expert venipuncture and capillary collection techniques.
• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport.
