Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional pet groomer.

How We Pay – Your Compensation Package

Guaranteed salary plus bonus

• $60,000 to $100,000 total annual compensation comprised of a competitive guaranteed salary (paid weekly), tips, and quarterly bonus potential tied to personal and company goals.
• Health insurance - $20,000 (per year) defined employer contribution towards all medical plans offered by Wellspring.
• Retirement savings - 100% employer match of the first 4% you contribute to Wellspring’s 401(k) plan.
• All operating expenses, such as supplies and fuel, are paid for by the Company.
• 18 days paid time off
