Northwest Exterminating in Georgia is seeking a Universal Service Professional to join our field team. You’ll work outdoors, build lasting relationships, and protect homes and businesses from pests while enjoying comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

You'll start with paid training at $18 per hour, ride with our team, and access a company vehicle and cell phone. We emphasize safety, customer care, and community involvement as part of the NW Exterminating family.

Qualifications

• No experience required; comprehensive training is provided.
• Must be able to handle a demanding outdoor schedule.
• Strong work ethic and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage your service route and daily tasks on the go.
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Provide clear, proactive communication with customers.
• Apply pest control products following label safety guidelines.
• Maintain safety-first mindset and operate company equipment/vehicle.
