Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage the daily service route with strong time management to complete tasks.
• Apply pest control products safely according to label standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating equipment or company vehicle.
