McCall Pest & Wildlife is hiring a Pest Control Tech (Maintenance) to lead on-site service routes, perform residential pest control, and protect customers’ homes. The role emphasizes independence, customer care, and safety while delivering high-quality service.

Training is provided with a starting pay rate of $18 per hour, plus benefits and company vehicle. No experience is required, and candidates must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license.

• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Building Relationships: you'll create lifelong connections with customers to ensure loyalty.
• Managing Your Service Route: daily operations of your Universal Service Route with time management.
• Perform residential pest control and related inspections.
• Monitor termite systems and apply pest control products per label and safety guidelines.
• Safety First: maintain a safety-first mindset while operating company equipment.
