GYMGUYZ is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver personalized in-home and on-site training with a flexible part-time to full-time schedule. Compensation ranges from $25-32/hr plus performance increases and growth opportunities.

Training goes directly to clients' homes, offices, and organizations with no rent or sales quotas involved. Join a nationwide network offering onboarding and ongoing development, with a clear growth path to Master Trainer and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification required (NASM/ACE/ISSA/ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Comfort with mobile/web apps to manage sessions and notes.
• Excellent communication and energetic coaching style.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home and on-site training sessions with high energy.
• Design personalized programs using GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments and track client progress.
• Manage your schedule across multiple clients.
• Motivate clients and celebrate progress and wins.
• Represent DRIVE values in every session.
