GYMGUYZ is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver high-energy in-home and on-site training with a flexible schedule. Compensation ranges from $40 to $50 per hour, plus performance bonuses and growth opportunities; part-time to full-time options available.

Train with clients using our app, travel between sessions, and join a nationwide network of fitness pros who live by DRIVE values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions.
• Experience using mobile apps to manage sessions (Mindbody, Trainerize).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage your schedule efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and embody DRIVE values.
• Represent DRIVE values in every session.
