GYMGUYZ in the United States is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver in-home and on-site training with flexible hours. You’ll work with clients who want to train on their terms, bringing fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations.

Earn $32–$50 per hour with performance bonuses, paid onboarding, and ongoing development. Growth paths include Master Trainer and leadership roles, plus recertification discounts and nationwide support.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Embraces using mobile and web apps (Mindbody, Trainerize) to manage sessions and communication
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule efficiently
• Attend company sponsored events
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
