GYMGUYZ is seeking energetic fitness professionals to deliver in‑home and on‑site training across New Jersey. You’ll train clients in their homes, offices, and on‑site locations, tailoring programs with our app, and guiding clients toward their goals.

This role offers flexible scheduling from part‑time to full‑time, competitive pay of $30–$40 per hour plus performance bonuses, paid onboarding, and growth through leadership paths. A nationwide network backs your independence and success.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM) required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Experience using Mindbody or Trainerize apps to manage sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home and on-site training sessions with high energy.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments and track client progress.
• Manage scheduling efficiently and communicate with clients.
• Motivate clients and celebrate results while maintaining DRIVE values.
