GYMGUYZ Central Jersey, NJ & Lower Bucks, PA is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver high-energy in-home and on-site training, design personalized programs, and reassess client progress using the GYMGUYZ App.

This role offers a flexible schedule (part-time to full-time), competitive pay of $30–$40 per hour plus performance bonuses, ongoing onboarding and development, and opportunities to advance into Master Trainer and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions
• Experience using Mindbody and Trainerize to manage sessions and client notes
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
• Collaborate with a supportive team
