Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking a Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Technician to repair dents on mobile routes or at designated locations. You will inspect results with customers, write estimates, and help grow the business while maintaining high quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on PDR experience or training, proficiency with PDR tools, and a strong work ethic. Valid driver’s license required; travel to assigned areas may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in PDR or related field.
• Certification or training in PDR techniques or enrollment in DentWizard’s PDR training program.

Responsibilities

• Dent assessment using PDR tools to repair dents on mobile routes or at fixed locations.
• Quality control: inspect repairs and explain processes to customers, provide estimates.
• Serve as SME Technician; maintain prep records; ensure vehicle structural integrity; perform other duties as assigned.
