Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, associates, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location including sales floors, entrances, and parking areas.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report observations to site personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site protocols.
• Assist with access control, visitor direction, and incident documentation.
