Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Patrol Officer – Level II for a full-time role in Minneapolis, MN. The officer will actively patrol premises, may drive a patrol vehicle, and enforce client-site rules to maintain a safe environment.

Shifts include 2nd and 3rd; wage is $22.80 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid training, and weekly pay with daily Pay options.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with HS diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years security experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises, possibly operate a vehicle for patrols.
• Preserve order and enforce client-site regulations and directives.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment.

TheMobile Patrol Officerposition helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, which may include operating a vehicle to patrol. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Safe Driving, CPR, FA, NLDW, and AVADE.
• 2nd interview required.
• 2 years of previous security experience required.
• Previous military / law enforcement experience preferred.
