Job summary

Securitas USA is hiring a Mobile Patrol Officer - Level II for our Minneapolis, MN site. The role involves patrolling premises, possibly operating a vehicle, and maintaining security by enforcing client regulations and directives.

The position is full-time with second and third shifts available. The candidate should have at least 2 years of security experience, strong customer service and leadership skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Safe Driving, CPR, FA, NLDW, and AVADE.
• 2nd interview required.
• 2 years of previous security experience required.
• Previous military / law enforcement experience preferred.
