DOCS Health in Arizona is seeking qualified Physician Assistants to join as independent contractors supporting military service members under the Reserve Health Readiness Program. You will perform health assessments, review records, and interview personnel to determine readiness, with emphasis on behavioral health concerns, all within a mobile/clinic deployment model.

Qualifications

• Active PA license in the state.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health preferred.
• Experience with mobile medical services preferred.
• Knowledge of military systems and terminology preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel and weekend availability.

Responsabilités

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify concerns needing immediate attention, including Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the medical record.
